Student Leaders' Pledge

the family, nation and global community.

We faithfully take on our roles with steadfastness and diligence, affirming the trust placed in us by the school family.

Our Values

At the heart of the Prefectorial Board, leadership plays a pivotal role in defining the way that Prefects conduct themselves, both within the Board and before the School, in a responsible and dignified manner. These 5 important attributes (Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage the Heart) are referred to as the Leadership Challenge Module (LCM) in our Prefectorial Board. They outline, in clear and practical steps, the way that one should exercise exemplary leadership, with a central focus on the group of people placed under the charge of the leader. From the very start of the Prefect Selection Camp, Nominees are introduced to the LCM and all games serve to explore it, as the LCM is the basis of everything we do as Prefects.
